Yikes, you and Jane Brody both leaving the NYT! Luckily I subscribe to both papers, because I strongly believe in supporting what I value, and I really value newspapers. I look forward to continue reading your work.

Wow Tara. This is big news indeed! I’m so glad I get to continue to read you. Like Nancy, I have a WaPo subscription.

As an aside, I wish more people would consider subscribing to newspapers as part of their charitable giving to support democracy. At any rate very best of luck to you ❤️

Thank you for the opportunity to continue to have your writing in my life.

Getting old is a big fat shock. A year ago was I was young. And then I experienced two strokes.

I’m back mentally and physically. But with a cane.

You’ve made my life infinitely better.

Godspeed. The best is yet to come.

Tara, I am amazed at the number of people who said that subscribe to both NYTimes and WaPo! I, too subscribe to both!! I moved from a large city where both were delivered to my door, to a small town where I now get them both online. It took a minute to get used to the new format, but I'm here now. Thank goodness I get to keep your columns, and now a newsletter, too!!! Looking forward to staying in touch!! Congratulations!
